Advanced Training Class!

Our Most Recent Advanced Training Class Was Excellent!

We had a fantastic class on Friday night, where students worked on very tough, advanced training techniques. 

Both 1st Defense Martial Arts in conjuntion with Tecumseh Taekwondo thank everyone who made this special class another success. Both clubs encourage any students Red Belt or higher who would like to take their current skills to then next level to come out to our next advanced training class, which will be announced at a later date!
